People are always searching the keys to happiness and a longer life. At my rowing club, there is a well know athlete in the club named Dodd Wragg; he rows just about every day and is know for his curly white moustache and his smile. Dodd is 81 years old and was part of the winning 2015 US Rowing Masters Nationals Team from the San Diego Rowing Club.
So what are the keys to a long happy life? Looking at Dodd’s life, I’d say that surrounding yourself with good friends, exercising daily, helping others, giving back to your community, being friendly and…..enjoying pizza are some of the things that will lead to longevity and happiness.

We had over 90 people come and enjoy a beautiful day on Mission Bay while supporting a great cause.
